The Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score of 0.133 suggests that the website maintained a relatively stable layout during loading, although there is room for improvement.

When testing the live chat support, I found that the AI-powered chatbot instantly responded to initial inquiries. When you have a more complex issue, you’ll be transferred to a live support representative.

Level Of Support

Email support is another reliable option. BoostedHost’s email support team has an average response time of one hour, which is relatively quick compared to industry standards.

You can also submit support tickets through the ticketing system, with an average response time of 10 minutes per ticket.

Registration

To get started, visit the BoostedHost homepage and click the “Get Started” button in the top right corner.

This directs you to the pricing page, where you can choose a suitable hosting plan and click the “Buy Now” button.

After selecting a plan, you can register a new domain, transfer an existing domain from another registrar, or use your existing domain and update the nameservers.

If registering a new domain, you can easily check its availability.

The next step is configuring the plan by choosing the billing cycle and any additional options. Finally, review your order and proceed to checkout. BoostedHost offers a 30-day free trial.

You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter the desired email address and create a password. You can manually create a password or use the “Generate” button to create a strong password automatically.

Alternatively, you can add an email account through Plesk.

After accessing the Plesk dashboard, click on the “Mail” option.

You can create a new email address from there by providing the necessary details, such as the address, password, and mailbox settings.

Plesk also offers additional features like email forwarding, aliases, and auto-reply configurations.
